Apparence: La couleur est ambrée légèrement voilée avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un moyen col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’agrumes avec une pointe de caramel légèrement fruité et d’épices. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement minérale. Jun 15, 2009 Bottle from GAManiac. Thanks, Grant! Pours a rich, thick cheddar orange with a nice aroma of fermented apple, yeasty bread, and a touch of raisin. Flavor is a springy tinge of lemon leaves, fresh barn hay, and a touch of seltzer. Nice assertive mouthfeel. A truly great beer. Loved it.

Jun 14, 2009 Big frothy head good carbonation,misty amber pour,aroma very spicy,fruit malt.Flavours spicy sour,fruit is of vinous type,plenty of bitter tart like a Duvel,looking for flavours very complex,lemon maybe fig for sweetness,finishbitter sweet,dry and okay.

Jun 11, 2009 750 ml bottle. Hazy red/orange with almost no head, and little lace. Sour fruit, some Brett funk, and cheesy aromas. Medium body and bone dry on the palate, very crisp.Some fruity sourness and a surprising assertive bitterness in the finish. This is quite complex, and there is a lto going on. Difficult to rate, but I enjoyed it.

Jun 4, 2009 750 ml bottle@Patricks. Hazy amber body with a big and creamy beige head. Aroma is citric fruity, spicy and brett. Flavor is a rather complex mix of sweet, bitter and sour. Citric fruity, grape bitter, grassy and obvious bret. Very nice and exiting but not really extraordinary.

Jun 1, 2009 well to be honest it is not that good.. has a herbal tea like quality to it that just does not work real well. I don’t mind the smoke on the back end in fact I think if they made it more strong it would really help this one out.. Bad beer from a average brewery.. too bad

May 30, 2009 Bottle shared by myself at hellbilly’s holiday tasting. Drank side by side with It’s Alright. I would call this It’s Alright Light. Same funkiness and fruit, just in smaller doses, and with the addition of some hoppiness coming through. Really pretty good.

May 27, 2009 750ml bottle shared by rustychiles at hellbilly’s holiday tasting. Pours clear amber with a thin white head. The nose is floral hops, light funk and caramel malt. The taste is light citrus hops, faint toffee and light barnyard funk. Medium bodied. Not bad at all. Thanks Rusty!
