| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Mar 15, 2008 Jackie Amber is a hoppy addition to a traditionally unhoppy style. Huge khaki head and incredible lacing accompany a dark amber body (yes, not a lot of brown in Jackie Brown). Chocolate, smoke, and roasted nuts are evident but their is a unique hop bitterness that lingers on the palate long after the tasting. Interesting. CaryTheDude (1113), Longmont, Colorado, USA

Beautiful in every way. Lots of bittering hops that are overwhelming at first then mellow into something incredibly pleasing. Just great.
