Not just another wit bier. The style taken to another level. Strong and hoppy. The world’s first IPW?
Ingredients : Water, malt (pale and amber), unmalted wheat, flaked oats, hops (goldings, amarillo, saaz and cascade), spices (orange peel and coriander seeds) and yeast.

Bottle. Not Just a Wit. Not a Wit At all. Pours hazy orange. Aroma is pale ale - doesn’t resemble a wit whatsoever.

750mL bottle, BOTTLED 2008, from Beertopia. My label claims 8% ABV. Clear yellow golden with a two finger off-white head, good retention. Aroma has perfumey and grassy hops up front, some citrus, yeast, and wheat. Quite nice so far. Flavor is much the same--perfumey hops and citrus are the strongest, with some spicy coriander and alcohol behind. I also got slight cucumber somehow. Dry finish with bitterness peaking around a 3-4. Full of perfumey goodness! Medium body with light carbonation. Very good beer--just don’t know how often I’ll drop $13 for an imp wit. Pleasantly surprised here.

750mL bottle from 2008. My bottle says 8% ABV. Pours a hazy, golden straw color with a big and fluffy light-tan head that leaves rings of lacing. Has a sweet/tangy floral/perfumed smell more consistent with an APA or even a Kolsch. Orange peels, coriander, grapefruit, and some pine & lemon in the crisp aroma. Thin to medium-bodied. Starts off with some caramel and a fairly wheaty graininess taste-wise. A pleasant yeasty tanginess in the middle with some oranges and lemons. Finishes with a bitter, grapefruity dryness that lingers. A slight touch of warming alcohol in there at the end too.

Hazy light gold, tall thick fluffy, creamy white head leaves plenty of pillowy lace. Aroma has spicy belgian yeast, a touch of lemon zest, and pine. Flavor is light sweet dry wheat body, touch of citrus fruitiness, slightly more bitter than I like in a wit, finishing very dry. Plenty smooth and light. Amazingly light for 7+%

Bottle thanks to Bu11zeye. Great wit. The look is cloudy, bright orange in color, with a nice foamy white head. The smell is fruity, wheat, oats, citrus, and yeast. The taste is yeast, fruit, citrus, and wheat.

Bottle shared at RLB’s might be from Willblake or Dmac? Hazy blonde with a nice fluffy lasting white head. Aroma is doughy yeasty, phenolic not quite traditional wit yeast, sligth citry lemon and spicy hops. Flavor also has a spike of sharp citrusy lemon hops- almsot sorachi ace like with more doughy wehat and finsihed off with a slight citusy lemon lactic/citric tartness.
