| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 17, 2009 Bottle - Clear amber sparkling body, huge off white head leaving lots of lacing; The cascade aroma become extremely fine when they are on their own, grapefruit both juice and warm peel, lightly earthy spicy with a warm sweet flower part behind, some malt fill; Very soft textured body with quite some malt fill and sweetness, it has both depth and complexity and explodes in a dry earthy spicy bitterness when swallowed, it has the grapefruit aromas but not a s fine and complex as in the nose. Of the 3 that is out now I think this is the one where the hops fit the best as single hop. skortila (2903), Bunnik, Netherlands
