Golden orange pour with a significant amount of sediment and a fluffy white head that left lacing. All grapefruit and citrus here...minimal pine presence in the nose or flavor. Medium mouthfeel. A good brew. bdigital (591), Ft Wayne, Indiana, USA

Nose is huge in the peach, mango and grapefruit dept. Somewhat of a biscuity malt backbone is apparent. Sticky body, flavor is crisp, grapefruit, peach and light bread. Good brew. It had a strong fruity smell of passion fruit, peaches and some hops. Very nice and appealing. The first sip felt wonderfull in my mouth, very smooth and lean. Had a medium bitterness and a taste of fruity hops. Very nice! optras (1), Maryland, USA does not count | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jun 20, 2009 Tons of caramely-pine flavor with a fairly pleasant aftertaste and dry finish that is to be expected from any decent IPA. It certainly hides the 6.9% ABV pretty well, but to be honest, I was expecting a little more from a Belgian IPA. Tastes very much like Dogfish Head 60 Minute but with a very slight tweak that I can’t quite put my finger on. Given that this was not the easiest beer to track down, I’ll stick with 60 Minute. | 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 16, 2009 Pours hazy amber with a thick foamy off-white head. Sweet pine and citrus aroma. Taste is bitter resin but balanced well by malt. Great beer and I wish more brewers could make single hop beers this full flavored. Cletus (5058), Connecticut, USA
