Apr 6, 2009 Bottle. Pours bright orange with a fluffy off white head. Clear initially, but becomes hazy as some sediment pours in. The aroma is hoppy, primarily citric and floral. The flavor is relatively well balanced with pine resin and floral notes. Hoppy bitterness lasts through the finish.

Apr 6, 2009 Bottle, pours a murky amber body with a pure white head with flecks of brewers yeast. Aromas of resin, pine and grapefruit. Flavors are pretty straight forward, citrus zest, grapefruit with some notes of chewy soft bread and herbal tea coming out. Very smooth body, heavy on the tongue for an IPA and decent alcohol soak. Really unique and balanced, but not overwhelming.

Apr 5, 2009 Pours amber with a creamy white head. Great hop aroma - lots of citrus and a hint of yeast. Flavor is more simcoe hops. There is a slight unpleasantness on the finish. Otherwise a very good brew.

Apr 5, 2009 Pours a hazy orange amber with a dense off-white head. Incredible sugary sweet honey, orange marmalade and pine aroma of the simcoe hops. The sweetness is more subtle in the early flavors of the beer. The hops really dominate with a woody bitterness. The body is very full and creamy with some other honey like flavors too.

Apr 5, 2009 Pours a burnt orange color, with a smallish off white head. Smells of really juicy citrus hops. Lots of citrus in the aroma. Perhaps some funked out orange peel and grapefruit. Really got the simcoe hops in there too. The flavor was pretty crisp and bold. The citrus still was lively throughout mixed with the simcoe hops, made a nice little combo I thought. A nice malty backbone is evident as well, which gave it some nice balance. Complex and tasty IPA I thought.

Apr 5, 2009 11.2 oz bottle served in a tulip. Massive frothy off-white head. Cloudy orange-amber appearance. Beautiful nose of fresh, light pine, and grapefruit with a hint of orange. Medium body. Loads of pink grapefruit on the palate and finish. Bigger flavors than their Stateside IPA, which also rates well. Excellent.

Apr 4, 2009 [Bottle] Pours a cloudy gold with a medium beige head. Aroma is musty hops, grapefruit and other citrus, and a little perfumey. Flavor is solid hops, a little too much bittering hop, and little to no malt.
