My bottle [11.2oz] shared with HogTownHarry & garthicus. Pours a cloudy orange-amber with sediment and a small lasting fluffy white head. Aroma: Woohoo! Total cat pee baby -- I mean that in the best possible way! Fantastic. Nice flavour, very hoppy and backed by pale malt, along with some fruit and a long pungent bitter finish. Average bodied. One-dimensional sure but I loved it!

Deep rich cloudy orange appearance, thick beige head. Tropical fruity aroma, grapefruit, passionfruit, guava, slightly dusty yeast in there as well. Very satisfying bitter hoppy flavor; guava, orange zest. Not abrasive, but carries a long bitter aftertaste. Yeasty.

Bottle. Pours deep brownish amber with lots of champagne-like bubbles and a very big off-white head that lasts for ages. Aroma has notes of caramel, pine, lemony citrus and tropical fruit. Flavour is slightly nutty and has hints of caramel, lemon sherbet, toffee, pineapple and passiofruit. A really nice showcase for this particular hop.

Bottle via trade with glougouburp. Thanks Dany! Pours a hazy orange with a small white head. The smell is quite complex. Citrus, exotic fruit, pine and citris acid. Tastes similar to the nose, but magnified and even more complex. Love this hop, really like this beer.

Great pour bright amber colour with a huge 1.5inch head that is staying for the long haul. Kind of murky and but still looks great. Smell is wonderful. Pine hop aroma with a little citrus but mostly pine aromas. Flavour is all about the hops with plenty of bitterness and pine / citrus flavours. Good typical IPA mouthfeel and the aftertaste lingers for a while. Brilliant. Love the hop aroma and taste is superb.

Mikkeller Single Hop side by side comparrisons of Simcoe, Nugget, Warrior and Cascade. All four looked virtually the same minus a few intial head sizes......Dark amber bodied with a slight touch of orange and frothy off off white heads that left various degrees of lace. AROMA: Simcoe-caramel malts and grains with grass and citrus notes and a fair amount of sweetness upon warming Cascade-earthy with bubble gum and cotton candy notes Warrior-Citrus, soap and subtle mint Nugget-Stronger hop resin notes then the rest, strong citrus prescence mostly grapefruit FLAVOR: Simcoe-Citrus rind mostly but a strong grainy prescence and some fruitiness upon warming....apricot mostly Warrior-Earth and citrus rind Cascade-Lots of earth and dirt along with some dirty chocolate Nugget-Citrus, earth, citrus rind and bread crusts The Palates were similar on most but the Nugget was the smoothest overall, the Cascade was the flatest, and the Warrior finished dryer then the rest.

Bottle courtesy of BMan1113VR from the summer secret santa. Pours a hazy browned apricot color with a large creamy beige head. Wonderful rich refined pine and citrus with some papaya and mango notes and a hint of toast. Light malt, toast, grapefruit. Huge grapefruit and heavy quinine bitterness. Really tasty and a remarkable amount of bitterness. So good.

Very floral / citrusy aroma. Light orange in color. Flavor is great. Some of the same grape notes that you get from the Nelson Sauvin. Bitterness hangs around in the back for awhile. All around excellent.
