| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jun 23, 2009 Initial huge, off-white head over an unclear, amber body. Herbal hoppy aroma. Hoppy flavour with an herbal and spicy touch. Undertones of earthy malts. Dry bitter ending. Quite heavy to drink but still pleasing (bottle shared with Elisabeth at Henrik Øl og Vinstove, Bergen 18.06.2009). BOLTZ7555 (1121), Phoenix, Arizona, USA

Copper and rust in the pour with a minimal head. Much more floral that the other single hop brews...medium mouthfeel. Floral qualities also come out in the flavor, vineous, earthy, and with caramel for balance. Another good example of the style. blutt59 (2186), Dallas, Texas, USA

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jun 20, 2009 Bottle from Bierkoning, Amsterdam, consumed at Kemmel campsite, Belgium, 09-06-09 Had this in the Mikkeller Single Hop tasting with Nelson Sauvin, Warrior, Simcoe and Cascade all up for the taste off. This poured hazy amber which really was the case for all of them but with a white fluffy head. Aroma initially a little subdued but it started to warm up and became very pleasant and fruity with some light grapefruit, it was never going to compete with the sexy Sauvin but it was very good. Touch of toffee along with a crisp citric bitterness. This has a real workmanlike quality to it but its damn tasty and drinkable and for all that raved about the Nelson Sauvin, I finished this one first, wonderful stuff. | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 17, 2009 Bottle: Poured a light bright orangey color ale with a super large foamy head with good retention and some nice lacing. Aroma of floral green hops is pretty interesting with some neutral malt. Taste is also very much floral with a nice malt backbone and some light astringent hoppy finish. Body is quite full with good carbonation and of apparent alcohol. Very interesting experiment and very glad to have discovered this nice variety of hops with minimal bitterness and maximal floral notes.
