Pours a hazy amber orange with a medium sized cream colored head. Aroma is floral and citrus hops, also a little bit of pine. This is a well balanced beer. Good bitter hops up front followed up by an evening maltiness. Really enjoyed this one.

Dec 24, 2009 Bottle. Pours a clear copper in colour, with a thin head. Clear grapefruit from the cascade hops, along with sharp lemon, pineapple, and the sweetness of caramel in the background. The taste is sweet at the front, with the nutty flavour of praline persisting until the hops deliver a dry bitterness towards the end.

Amber with a good-looking large fluffy head.
The aroma offered fruit, grass, flowers and some hops.
The taste was pretty sweet, a little bread, malt, citrus and a lot of grapefruit. Dry, quite carbonated and medium body.

Dec 11, 2009 Pours slightly hazy orange with huge white head.
Nose is prickly floral with a ton of pine cone.
Palate is grapefruit citrusy sour, old fashioned soapy, with a lot of dry pine cone wallop going on.
Almost has a kitchen cleaning product quality to it, but still a tasty beer. Or maybe it’s the soap - clean as a whistle!

Nov 28, 2009 Light golden/copper with a generous fluffy white head. CItrus hoppy aroma, some sweetness. Flavor is mostly hops, not a bad thing, but could have used a smidgen more malt body. Ends with a slightly piney, mostly grapefruit bitterness.

Nov 28, 2009 Taster at THe mondial de la biere 09 in Montreal. The color is honey with a beige head. The aroma is hoppy and sweet. The taste also of hops and some malt also sweet berries..It has a good bitterness toit and a very nice taste in your mouth with a great aftertaste.

Nov 24, 2009 An IPA with some caramell and malty flavours. It had the bitterness but I missed that hoppy aroma that I love so much in american IPAs.

Nov 23, 2009 Bottle. Poured a clear copper with a medium white head. Aroma was full of citrus hop notes, quite bitter and crisp. Flavor began with pine notes, but citrus hops dominate to the finish.
