The pour is nice, with about a two and a half finger white head, with a straw colored body. The nose is that of floral and citrus hops, pleasantly balanced. The flavor is first grapefruit hops then kissed with floral fine hops, and finished with a bittersweet combination of both. A nice complex brew.

lots of head and lacing. sweetness and a round bitterness makes for a euro-version of an american ipa or double. Good, but not great.

Palate: loose, juicy, long dark bitter finish. 5 out of 5. Overall: deeper and darker than the average IPA. I’d seek it out. It’s great. It’s a favorite IPA for a devoted hophead. Bottle, floral hops notes, light malt aromas. Taste is slightly bitter, pine and some citrus, and cereal grains. A bit waxy. Decent mouthfeel not bad at all quite enjoyable but still not as complex or robust as other IPAs.

This IPA pours a copper gold color from a 50cl bottle. Medium sized white foamy head, with nice lacing and good retention. The aroma is floral, grapefruity and a touch of caramel malts. A medium bodied IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are grapefruity and floral. Nice balance. Good carbonation. Crisp and clean. A nice IPA without being over the top or a huge flavored IPA. This would be a nice everyday drinking IPA. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
