On tap at the 1st BBF at De Molen. Body is a deep purple color with a small off white head. Nose is strong cherry, tart and a bit woody. Taste is fresh cherry, plum, very sour but very drinkable and a pleasure to the taste buds.

Tasted at the first, great, Borefts Beer Festival 2009 @ De Molen. Red colored brew. Sour aroma. Flavor is sour, cherries, fruits, tart. Not really my thing, but drinkable. Not really balanced.

On tap at Ølbutikken, Thanks! Pours a murky purple with a tiny head. Smells sour with hints of athlete’s feet. Sour and sweet. Lots of cherry aromas. Some wood aromas. Some residual sugars and tiny hints of plastic towards the end. Full bodied and gives you bitter tasting lips. Medium to carbonation. Long cherryish finish. Fruity and fresh. Good.

On tap at ølbutikken. It pours an unclear red colour with a red head. Sweet cherries, wood and vinegar in the nose. Flavour is sour at first, then sweet followed by vinegar, all with notes of cherries. It finishes nice and dry with notes of wood and dry cherries.

Handbottle from Ølbutikken - It think I got the very last of the keg - Super intense nose that burn of acetic acid and this in a way that makes the beer seems broken, Behind all the acid there is a very intense, dense and deep dose of sweet cherry really like dense crushed cherries, meat and skin; The body is not as intense acid, what remarks me the most is the dense crushed cherry fell if has, I am surprised how little the acetic acid shows in the body of the beer, thick textured; Dense sweet cherry aromas again in the finish and again not as acid as expected. I dont really know about this one, at first I was 100% sure it was totally broken, but later I was not so sure , not really a pleasant drink and I am not really sure I find it that interesting either, I guess my sour taste buds are a little damaged, because I dont really find this beer all that sour.

On tap at Borefts BF 09. Deep burgundy colour. Cloudy. Sour as hell. Aroma of cherries. Really sweet kriek cherries in mouth and then sour burn on swallow and finish. Really full in mouth. Funky too. Bit of plastic.

Unclear deep red with a tiny pinkish head. Loads of lacto hits the nose along with sour cherries. Sour flavour with loads of lacto, sour cherries and a sour burn in the throat. A bit one dimensional but ok.

Hand bottle. Pours completely opaque deep red with a small reddish head - looks like blackcurrant juice. Intense fruit and acetone aroma. Medium body, lots of cherries but never cloingly sweet, the massive acetic sourness wipes anything out. The acetone really makes you cough! Very extreme in a pleasant way! 141109

Handbottled. Nice sour aroma, some paint thinner, but a clean paint thinner. Deep dark red, almost purple colour, no head. Looks a bit like blood or paint. Very sour flavour, nicely sweet with a good fruit note. The finish is vinegary with a bit of paint thinner in the finish, less pleasant than in the aroma. Burns quite a lot in the back of my throat.
