Jun 30, 2009 Pours a very clear golden with a tall super white sudsy foam head. Aroma of spicy noble hops, bready with a light cheese funk. Flavor is super astringent at first, buttery, toffee, blue cheese, almost smokey, salty, rich, spicy metallic noble hops, just a hint fruity, bready, fairly sweet. Cleaner in the finish though with high bitterness, super soapy. Really a unique and quite strange brew. Medium/light bodied, clean feeling, average soda carbonation.

Jun 30, 2009 330 ml bottle. Golden color, frothy white head. Hoppy aroma with fruity notes. Smooth bitter flavor with a dry, hoppy finish. Medium-light body, medium carbonation. A touch hoppier than most of its Czech relatives, but a tasty pilsener regardless.

Hazy orange-yellow color, thick white head, lace. Aroma is very fruity hoppy, there is some mango and honey. Zesty mouthfeel, quite light palate, I wonder as this is around 11 plato. Flavor is grassy, fruity hoppy - although dry. Also some citrus. Short finish. My bottle was clean without traces of sulphur (as mentioned in some other Finnish ratings). From Czech the closest relatives for this are unfiltered Kvasnicové-beers.

Jun 26, 2009 Utjekket ? Bottle. Pale yellow with huge white head. Aroma weak, flowers and malts and some unpleasant notes used socks or somewhat like that. I can´t imagine that is intended, a minor infection ? Taste hoppy and a bitter finish, some malt and again this upleasant thing. The first Mikkeller beer I haven´t found any pleasure in.

Jun 20, 2009 Bottle from Bierkoning. Light bodied with lasting head. Hoppy and fruity nose. Malty flavour very smooth. Soft and buttery. Bitterness in the finish. Pretty good.
