Bottle. Golden beer with a huge cream colored head. Malt and light mineral aroma with light grassiness. Bready malt flavor with grass and mineral notes and light grapefruit/pine. Medium bodied. Malt and light caramel lingers with light grass and light grapefruit/pine.

Pours gold into a shaker. Bright white head with excellent retention leaves spider lacing as it recedes to coat surface. Lemon and malt aromas. Firm and sweet with summer fruits upfront turning smoky and grapefruit in the lasting finish.

33cl bottle. Small but persistent white head atop cloudy straw body. Aroma is medium sweet, pineapple, peach, some orange. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit, peach. Light body, light acidity. As with so much of Mikkeller beers, not quite what one expects from a particular style, and while the difference isn’t necessarily an improvement, it certainly is tasty.

Pours a slightly hazy pale golden with a well-lacing froth of white head. Aroma of grassy Saaz hops and some pale biscuity malts. Starts with pretty decent fullness for the style and an effervescent carbonation with some light malty sweetness and a good balance of grassy slightly resiny hops before a drier, crisp bittersweet finish. A pretty true to style and drinkable pilsener.

330 ml bottle. Clear golden body with a big foamy white head and lively carbonation. Aroma is refreshing hoppy, grassy and malt. Flavor is sweet malt and a very refreshing bitterness, citric and grassy. Relatively light body and easy quaffable.

Pours a clear golden color with a big loose white head. Aroma was fairly hoppy with a bit of an acrid note. Some grassiness and cut hay. Flavor was similar. Kind of muted, but kind of oddly bitter. Pretty decent, but might go better with a meal to help bring out some of the subtlety.
