Jul 18, 2009 33 cl bottle, shared with Jone in hotel lobby, Copenhagen, June 2009. Hazy golden yellowish color, big off-white head. Aroma is mild hops and grassy malt. Flavor is sweet with fine hops and malt. A bit metallic. Half dry finish.

Jul 16, 2009 0.33 l bottle from K-Market Länsiväylä, Jyväskylä. Golden color. Malty, honeyish and slightly yeasty aroma with peppery-grassy hops. Malty, grassy and slightly yeasty flavor with firm bitterness, grassy hops and hint of smoke. Has some yeasty notes which detract from malt and hop profile. The hop flavor is also too grassy.

Jul 14, 2009 It is hazy golden with a huge, creamy and very lasting head. The aroma has notes of malt, flower, light rubber and weak hints of smoke? The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of flower, malt, light butter and it has a dry, citrussy bitterness in the finish. A refreshing and nice pilsner.

Jul 12, 2009 33cl. Hazy golden, big and tight white head. Grainy aroma, sweet vanilla, strong yeastiness, little hay, menthol and chalk. Sweetish maltiness in the flavor, vanilla, fresh grassiness, a tad unbalanced simple bitterness, herbs and little grapefruit seed, quite a lot of yeast. Light to medium bodied, really soft mouthfilling carbonation. Some similar notes with e.g. Belgoo Luppo, yeast and sweetness mellow out the best edge of those hops.

Jul 9, 2009 Draught@Křbenhavnske Řldage 2009. A very pale, unclear yellow-golden beer with a thin white head on top. Soft, bready malt aroma. A whiff of dough and hayish hops. Grainy malt body, fairly dry, backed by a grassy and light floral hop bitterness. Light to medium body. Soft and rounded in the mouth. Finishes on the drier side with a fine, lingering bitterness from the noble hops. A well-crafted Czech-style (Yeast Beer?) Pilsener.
