Mar 24, 2008 Bottled. A pitch black beer with a brown shine and no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of soy sauce, roasted malt, and coffee, as well as a light note of bitter chocolate. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of hard roasted malt, that lends the beer both bitterness and an acidity in the bitter finish.
