Fin (3402), Merton, Oxfordshire, England Oct 6, 2007 Cask/Gravity at The Swan Beer Festival, Islip 05-10-07 Poured light amber no head. A flurry of pithy grapefruit but tempered with a honey sweetness. Not the most zappy interpretation of this hop in a beer but very drinkable and really rather pleasant. downender (2563), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England Sep 5, 2007 Cask-conditioned at the Inn on the Green, Bristol 5/9/07. Amber coloured with a moderate off-white head. Aroma of citrus and floral hops. Flavour had some fruity malt to start before the hops kicked in with a very long dry finish. The hops were over dominant for me. Ok. anders37 (4571), Malmö, Sweden Aug 25, 2006 Cask @ Volunteer Arms, GBBF 2006. Amber colour with an off-white head. Hoppy fruity aroma with hints of citrus. Fruity malty flavor with some citrus hints. Long dry bitter finish. yngwie (4880), Kristiansand, Norway Jul 27, 2006 Cask. Clear, golden, still, with some white bubbles. Aroma of citrus and pineapples, typical American. Hoppy flavor with pineapple, pine, resin and citrus. Lightly astringent in the mouth, and the finish is long and hoppy. Nice one. Amber golden coloured very hoppy.and floral aromas. Slightly dry bitter lasting finish. jfm (1695), Holbæk, Denmark Jan 6, 2006 Cask. Golden color. Full malty body with a nice and pleasant hoppy palate. Light dry finish. SilkTork (4167), Rochester, Kent, England Oct 4, 2005 GBBF, 2005. Malt is flat and dull, but the hops are dry and lingering and dusty fragrant. The hops have it. tiggmtl (4307), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Sep 8, 2005 Pungent earthy citrus hop nose. Hazy copper coloured body with low, large-bubbled, tan head that recedes slowly to ring. Earthy citrus hops marry well with lightly caramel malt caramel leading to light finishing bitterness that keeps it from cloying. Light, dry body with fair carbonation. Cask at GBBF 2005.
