Présence d’un moyen col mousseux et d’une large dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de malt avec une pointe fruitée. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Dec 30, 2006 on tap-pours an off white head and yellow color. Aroma is malty, grain. Taste is malty, grain, secondary flat hops. OK carbonation.

Jun 29, 2006 On tap at the Connecticut Brew Fest. Clear gold with a thin white head. Sweet biscuit nose and flavor. Mildly bitter finish. OK.

Mar 5, 2006 This is our favorite of the Mill City offerings, as it reminds us of fresh Bass from draught. It pours a medium yellow color with a frothy, white head. Good lacing behind a mostly diminishing head. Aroma is of light flowery hops. Initial flavor is lightly sweet, switching to a moderately bitter finish. Light finish with an oily feel.

Aug 17, 2004 On tap at the brewpub: Clear light orange with a rocky white head that sticks around for the entire pint, light grain aroma, starts and ends lightly sweet, medium bodied with a nice aftertaste.

Apr 8, 2002 A very cherry looking, great smelling brew which I had on tap at the brewery. I was impressed. A good malt backbone with the right amount of hops on top of that. Good brew.
