Commercial Description:
Mill St Belgian style Wit is a refreshing beer made with a unique blend of ingredients. The soft texture and pale colour comes from the use of wheat. Coriander, orange peel and our special yeast produce the complexity and depth of fruity flavours contained within the glass. This beer is unfiltered. The resulting cloudiness gave rise to the term Wit, or White beer

Bottle - 330ml. Pours a pale gold hazy body topped with a thin white creamy head. Enjoyable, fresh, and complex malty/hoppy aroma with yeasty, citrusy, spicy and coriander notes. Taste is pretty good but it may be a bit too malty/bready. It ends with a decent bittersweet finish. Without being among my favorite Witbiere, this is still a very good one.

Pours murky yellow with a frothed white cap. Cloves are strong in the aroma, lots of spices, coriander is with floral spices. Lots of lemon zest and cloves witrh floral spicing are the flavours in this brew. A little fuller and more flavourful than the hoegarr. Well crafted.

Hope this is the right place. 1.8 L imprinted jug from the Brewery, labeled "Growler - Belgian Wit 5%." Hazy gold with minimal head. Aroma is peppery, with cloves and banana. Taste is complex, with all of the usual. Perhaps a little more malt sweetness than some. Crisp. Well done, as usual.

On tap @ C’est What?
Lightly hazed wheat with rather small white top (this could be due improper pouring)
Good grainy wheat like accented aroma, fresh notes of banana and raw white dough. 7+
Medium bodied . Clean wheat with full set of flavour typical with use of such grain. Palate was soft and quiet drinkable. On sweeter side which is most visible at finish. 6+

A golden wit with a thick creamy lacing white head. A very pleasant aroma of blood oranges, cloves and caramel. In mouth, a decent light wit with sweet wheat malt, orange peels and light bubble gum. Medium bodied. Sampled on tap at the Wellington Gastropub, Ottawa.

Nice white head, cloudy and light in colour (similar to Hoegaarden). Scent of citrus and wheat. Tastes light, fruity, citrusy, wheaty, all very nice, very simple and very refreshing. A solid wheat beer at it’s finest. After sampling the Mill Street Raspberry I had them mix the two together in what they called "the concoction" but it tasted great, like KLB Raspberry, but better! I highly suggest it.

[085-20061104] Tap @ Mill St. (Toronto, ON). Light citrusy and wheaty aroma. Cloudy, light orange body with a medium-lasting creamy white head. Celery, orange wheat flavour, coriander, nice aftertaste. Light body, light fizz, complex but clean. Very nice, would be repeatable.
