Commercial Description:
Mill St Belgian style Wit is a refreshing beer made with a unique blend of ingredients. The soft texture and pale colour comes from the use of wheat. Coriander, orange peel and our special yeast produce the complexity and depth of fruity flavours contained within the glass. This beer is unfiltered. The resulting cloudiness gave rise to the term Wit, or White beer

Nice spicy and a bit of citrus fruit. Pretty close to what the style suggests, not quite as much flavour as I hoped but a really tasty refreshing beer.

341ml bottle. Poured with little head, with more clearity than I thought. Aromas consisted of spicyness and some coriander. At first sip it was clean on the palate with a nice after taste that was quite wheaty. Pretty good beer.

341ml bottle from the LCBO. Pours a hazy pale yellow. Aroma of wheat and spice. Flavour is yeasty and malty up front, with spice in the middle and a citrus finish. Better than the macro alternatives.

Bottle thanks to cfrancis !.Pours hazy yellow with small hid no persistence. Aroma is some wheat, some malt and some lemon. Taste is quite fresh. Citrusy, some wheat and coriander. Hints of orange as well. Carbonation is soft but enjoyable. Quite straight forward but well balanced and refreshing. I like it a lot. Very drinkable.

Murky yellow appearance, persistant head. Scents of orange peel, clove, coriander, candies, bread. Flavour was disappointing after the smell. Badly balanced, did not go down well, taste mostly the wheaty-orange notes. Smells good, but not worth another sample.
