Commercial Description:
Mill St Belgian style Wit is a refreshing beer made with a unique blend of ingredients. The soft texture and pale colour comes from the use of wheat. Coriander, orange peel and our special yeast produce the complexity and depth of fruity flavours contained within the glass. This beer is unfiltered. The resulting cloudiness gave rise to the term Wit, or White beer

Clouidy yellow with a large airy head. Aroma of citrus and spice. Can taste some spice and orange mixed in with the taste of wheat.

341 mL Bottle. Hazy pale yellow with a small soapy white head leaving good lace. Coriander stands out in the aroma along with the wheat and a spicy note and a curious celery-like note. And the flavor! MMMMM! It starts with a sweet citrus-wheat taste with coriander and grapefruit expressing in the aftertaste, ending in a clean finish with a little hint of ginger. Delicious!

From bottle. Light golden colour, no head. Medium carb. Subtle hint of citrus and grapefruit. Little hint of coriander and herb. Nice bitterness. Overall a delicate ale, subtle flavours with a sweet finish. Refreshing.

Bottle. Nice citrus and spicy smell, but pours a kool aid-like yellow with a small bubbly head. Starts with a soft hop, while a blast of citrus, orange peel, coriander, spice, ginger hits in the aftertaste, but it feels terribly unbalanced. I love you Mill Street, but this is a bit of a miss.

Bottle courtesy of matt7215. Pours a hazy amber wih a thin white head. Smells of ginger, coriander, some pepper, dough, citrus. Tastes citrussy and dry with some spicy hints on the finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours yellow with a quickly dying head. Not too much carbonation here. Lemon is the predominant aroma with some zest and peach to boot. Flavour has loads of lemon too, some tartness, honey, water.

Bottle from LCBO - Pours the standard cloudy, yellow with thin head. Orange peel very noticable in aroma. Overall a very enjoyable Wit, one of the better ones around.

On tap at the Brewpub. Cloudy, deep yellow with a thin but persistent head. Rich wheat malt aroma, with orange, spices, banana, strong citrus notes. Thick, rich wheat flavor, somewhat like a big hefeweizen, but spiced like a Belgian wit. Very cake-like. Huge bananas. Thick but spritzy-clean palate. Very nice, merging the Bavarian and Belgian styles to some extent.
