Big thick beer this was tasty. I was very surprised this beer really had some great flavors. Loved the coffee. Great beer once again.

Well what can i say, it delivers what it promises. Tastes of coffee, and smells like coffee. Totally boring and uninspired, but it is tasty, or at least not terrible.

Bottle from LCBO (Toronto, ON). Pours a dark brown to black with one finger creamy tan head. Aroma is sweet and roasted with notes of chocolate, coffee, burnt toast, some like dark fruit notes. Flavor is sweet and roasted with notes of coffee, chocolate, light ripe dark fruit, some hints of caramel. Generally medium body with a pleasing roasted finish.

Pours dark brown with a mother-of-pearl head. Nose is roast, coffee, some sweet milk. Flavor is about the same with some roastiness to it. Light-to-medium-bodied, and a lingeringly roasty porter. Nice.
