Poured deep bright refractive copper with an average frothy head - very attractive. Aroma of roast hard candy malt with some sharp funky moss. Taste of caramel, malt, lots of grain, mild hop bitterness, a touch woody. Mouthfeel very dry, flat - overall a very drinkable fall ale, recommended. mds (2112), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Aroma consists mainly of strong malt with some floral notes also noticeable. Taste is quite creamy (with some banana) with some nice strong malt and some bitterness at the end. Overall, this is very enjoyable but not the greatest example of the style. beanmedic (324), Hamilton, Ontario, Canada

Some Butterscotch or caramel lightly carried over. Lots of cereal and grain toasted flavours. Initial sharp hop dies off in the end. Still, it’s pretty refreshing and dry.
