A smokey pale beer. Nice white head. On malty side, offset by good use of smoke. Some spices in there, ginger, cloves, and sugar. Some hops. Smooth easy drink. California BAs sharing this mixed reports.

Beautiful coppery colour with minimal head. Sweet caramel and bread aromas. Bread and malt flavours move through with a nice mild bitterness. Nicely balanced and smoothly easy-drinking.

Pours clear pale amber tih a short foamy scum head. Peppery burnt sugar, malted nose with traces of sweet fruitty hop perfume. Pretty good depth in flavour for a Mill Street brew. Fairly bitter, blalanced with sweetness. Satisfying. Earthy mineral off dry finish with a bit of citrus.

On tap at Pure Spirits, across from the brewery in Toronto. Light clear amber, creamy small white head, just a bit of lacing. Smoked malty/sourdough nose, lightly sweet toasty flavor, a bit too carbonated, very dry, slightly bitter finish with tarry undercurrents...somewhat thin.

Came in 650ml bottle from the brewery. Amber colour, not much head. Light malty aroma with a slightly more roasted flavour. Full-bodied, but fairly easygoing. Goes down smooth. I enjoyed it.

Nice clean look, small but decently appearing head. Aroma was not the best exposed, gentle malt base with hop touch. Full flavored, bitter. Slightly British in style, oily body. Running bit dry at finish. Its qualities made very drinkable, perfect for mass drinking ea; Oktoberfest.

Bright orange-amber colour with minimal head. Aroma is malty & bready, mild but impressive. Body is full and active, well carbonated by not unpleasantly so. Flavour is smooth with lots of subtle notes - caramel, toffee, bread, brown sugar - and a perfectly balanced bitterness in the finish. It seems deceptively simple, but there's a lot going on in this beer. Nice stuff indeed.
