Bottled at Olivert Twist, Stockholm. Clear pale yellow, rich firm head. Papery malt aroma,. Sweet and very light bodied, somewhat buttery with rounded mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Imitation of swill beer, but the quality reveals a skillfull brewer behind.

222ml bottle.
Pours a golden, hay yellow with a foamy white head. Aroma of grassy hops and a bit of citrusy hops character. Watery and flat mouthfeel. Watery taste of weak malts and skunk. Not good. Their Tankhouse Ale gave me such high expectations for their other beers and this one is simply cutting them all down.

(Bottle, Oliver Twist, Stockholm) Well, the bottle looks like some kind of Miller, uncolored bottle with some pale yellow content. Pours a pale yellow colour, but with a firm white head (which gives it a 2 for appearance). Malty, grassy nose with notes of white bread and fresh grassy hops. Smells a lot better than it looks. Malty, grassy taste with white bread and some malt sweetness, mainly dry though. Short finish, rather thin. Not as good as the aroma suggests, but better than the dreaded Miller look indicates.

Bottle@SBWF2007. Golden colour, almost no head. Aroma is not much , just some rather harsh grassy hops. Flavour is harsh grassyness, some malts and hops. Not very good.

Golden color, mostly vanishing head. Malty, a bit diacetylic nose. Sweetish, soft, unfiltered/organic feeling in the flavor. Quick and not too bad.

Bottle at 2007 Golden Tap Awards, beerbistro. Pours a very pale light-gold with an average size diminishing white head. Aroma starts with quite a bit of Saaz hops followed by some sugary sweetness and just a bit of malt. Slightly watery flavour starts, again, with the Saaz hops (which aren’t a particular favourite of mine) backed by caramel malt and a light bitter finish. Average bodied. Reminds me of a decent European Pilsner, it’s reasonably well done, it’s just not my thing.
