Taps a hazy golden with a huge white head. Aroma is synthetic fruit and garbage malts, yeast, sweet. Flavour is WAY too sweet, totally unbalanced, a mess in fact. Very little peach, some dry yeastiness is screaming for attention but is drowned out by all the sweetness. It’s like they added way too much bad candi-sugar to their regular Wit. I respect Mill St. and generally like their stuff, but this stuff is so pathetic and awful I’m actually offended. Why not try a Berliner Weisse? Since I’ve read many a brewer talking about how easy a style it is to do, and they’d totally get to corner the market on it given it’s the only example of it outside of Quebec, for this entire country, and it could be mild enough that you wouldn’t have to worry about scaring off the apparently psychotically xenophobic Ontario beer drinker (not that those types would never touch Mill St. anyways). End rant. Worst Mill St. brew I’ve had. garthicus (1314), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Appearance: hazed amber-gold brew with plus creamy top. Fine lace. 3+. Nose: Good wheat aroma , rich , full grainy character , some fruity side to it. Flavor/Palate : Medium bodied. Rich, sweet character with fruity flavours placed on top. Perhaps bit to sweet. Mild peachy ending. Interesting.

Wheat aroma, yeasty, spicy - stronger than their regular wit. Taste is sweet and fruity. As it warms it becomes way too sweet actually. I think I’ll stick with their wit and lemon tea beer, which was far superior at this fest. DougShoemaker (2856), Toronto, Canada

Aroma is a spicy wheat, didn’t get any peach? Cloudy yellow, small long lasting white head. Taste is less spicy than the nose, wheat has faded too. Light bodied, a bit of a let down.
