On tap at the brewpub. Pours a somewhat light peachy colour with a huge white head. It then smells bubble gum artificial fruity, about nothing is that sweet smelling.Taste is both creamy and light. Not finishable. Candy, almost soda-ish taste, with some harsh edges so it offers undesireable characteristics of both soda and beer.

Draught. At C’Est What Spring Fest. Cloudy yellow with a decent creamy lasting head. Aroma: all wit, no peche. Taste - standard wit, sweet and yeasty, mild coriander, and eventually ---- there’s the peach; not much peach, but a light tang to make it different from any generic wit/hefe. Creamy, flat mouthfeel, foamy and ultimately very sugary - not bad, but way too sweet.

On tap at Cest What?
Appearance: hazed amber-gold brew with plus creamy top. Fine lace. 3+.
Nose: Good wheat aroma , rich , full grainy character , some fruity side to it.
Flavor/Palate : Medium bodied. Rich, sweet character with fruity flavours placed on top. Perhaps bit to sweet. Mild peachy ending. Interesting.

2009-06-13. Hazy pastel orange with modest white head and lace. (3+) Aroma of yeasty wheat, light peach and light musty notes. (6+) Flavour is quite sweet, odd fruity peach is a bit muddled and does not really invite me to look more closely. Average plus palate. Not as bad as some of made it out to be but I do not really care for it. On tap, at Mill St, Toronto

Draught at C’Est What Spring Festival. Pours a cloudy yellow with a large lasting frothy white head. Decent lacing. Nice aroma: Yeasty, fruity and spicy. Flavour’s yeasty and citrusy along with some spices and sweetness. Average to medium bodied. Good stuff, I didn’t get much (if any) peach but I still quite liked it.

On tap @ C’est What Spring Fest. Aroma is a spicy wheat, didn’t get any peach? Cloudy yellow, small long lasting white head. Taste is less spicy than the nose, wheat has faded too. Light bodied, a bit of a let down.

On tap C’est What Spring Fest 2009. Cloudy yellow, big white head. Wheat aroma, yeasty, spicy - stronger than their regular wit. Taste is sweet and fruity. As it warms it becomes way too sweet actually. I think I’ll stick with their wit and lemon tea beer, which was far superior at this fest.

[2275-20090613] Tap. Quite yeasty aroma with light doughy bread. Hazy, light brown orange body with a long-lasting creamy white head and nice lacing. Belgian yeasty sweet peach flavour has a long sweet finish. Medium body is a little bitter. Nice balance.
