Commercial Description:
This continental lager has a deep golden hue, a giant rocky white head and a malty sweet nose. The first taste is sweet, but leads to a dry, hoppy bitter finish in the German Style. Mill Street Organic Pilsner is an excellent accompaniment to food or an excellent thirst quencher on its own.

A good beer but not quite what I was expecting from Mill St. For a Pilsener I found it darker and hoppier than expected. Would have liked a little more malt flavours but still a good offering,

355 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a clear gols with small but lasting very slightly off-white head, good retention. Grassy, bready nose with slight spiciness. Malts are sweet and slightly bready with mildly spicy, floral hops. Medium body, soft carbonation. Decent.

Cask@Richtree, Toronto. Golden beer with a light head. The aroma is lightly hopped, and the flavour is yeasty, dry and hopped. Overall a nice pilsner.

Bottle from a mixed 6 at the lick bo- A golden pour sits under a frothy white cap, which leaves some lace. Grassy nose with biscuit and fruit, with fresh euro hops. Tastes of semi sweet malts with floral saaz, some lemon. Medium body with floral finish. Good, if a bit simple.

12 oz pour at the brewpub. Pours a light to medium gold and a nice lasting white head. Aroma is instantly white wine and slight cidery- strange- ok bready malts and some herbal hops. Flavor is also on the cidery side and has a cheap white wine quality- solvent like- cleanser- like a bleach solution as well- some bready malts with some hops green and grassy, and a moderate bitter finish. Something off about this one..

341 mL bottle. Copper-peach colour with a short-lived white head. Darker than most pilsners I’ve tried. Mild aroma is fresh, earthy noble hops, and not a lot else. Not bad, but I wanna smell some pilsner malt. Actually, I’d like to taste some, as well. But I can’t. Not much, anyhow. Hops are there, though. A little sweet. Undry, if you will. Quite drinkable, but not much of a pilsner.

Bottle. Clear golden with a thcik foamy off-white head. Great retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is malt and floral aroma. Flavor is malty, but sweeter than expected with floral hops and a moderately bitter finish. Interesting pilsener.
