| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jul 28, 2009 A good beer but not quite what I was expecting from Mill St. For a Pilsener I found it darker and hoppier than expected. Would have liked a little more malt flavours but still a good offering, Spab (302), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Grassy nose with biscuit and fruit, with fresh euro hops. Tastes of semi sweet malts with floral saaz, some lemon. Medium body with floral finish. Good, if a bit simple. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 21, 2009 12 oz pour at the brewpub. Pours a light to medium gold and a nice lasting white head. Aroma is instantly white wine and slight cidery- strange- ok bready malts and some herbal hops. Flavor is also on the cidery side and has a cheap white wine quality- solvent like- cleanser- like a bleach solution as well- some bready malts with some hops green and grassy, and a moderate bitter finish. Something off about this one.. TheJester (717), Peterborough, Ontario, Canada
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 11, 2009 341 mL bottle. Copper-peach colour with a short-lived white head. Darker than most pilsners I’ve tried. Mild aroma is fresh, earthy noble hops, and not a lot else. Not bad, but I wanna smell some pilsner malt. Actually, I’d like to taste some, as well. But I can’t. Not much, anyhow. Hops are there, though. A little sweet. Undry, if you will. Quite drinkable, but not much of a pilsner. Diogène (577), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada
