The flavour is the real kicker, with amazing vinyl bitterness throughout the flavour cycle, some skunk and a hint of apricot fighting to be noticed behind that blanket of bitternesss. Really refreshing and an excellent palate cleanser. A good summertime sipper. Magtek32 (76), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Not much in the aroma, some sweet malts and some grassiness. Taste is wonderful, and after the faint aroma, a revelation - sweet malt to start, quickly followed by a dry crisp hop bite, and a smooth finish that is mildly bitter. I was surprised by the amount of hops in this one - really reminiscent of the better Euro-pils offerings available in Ontario (Urquell, Czechvar). Fresh, highly drinkable and very tasty. Note - this is NOT available in bottles, and anyone who mentions a bottle in their review is in fact reviewing the Organic LAGER (available in the small bottles), a different beer than this one, with its own seperate listing. LIke it says, starts sweet and slightly bitter finish. Great malts. I’ll seek this out on tap - perfect. Up there with Steamwhilstle for a fresh tasting, bready pilsner. I’m excited about this! Love the 4.2%, nice session beer. mabel (2626), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Clear, light yellow body with big bubbles throughout and a long-lasting creamy white head, nice lacing. Lightly grainy flavour, mostly yeasty bread and medium alcohol noticeable. Light-medium body with a rocky afterfeel. Pleasant and thirst-quenching as promised, this is a should-try local pilsener. dirkules (613), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
