| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Sep 19, 2008 Reddish-orange colour w/ a thick head. Deep raspberry syrup aroma. Somewhat lifeless on the palate, with raspberry syrup versus crackerlike malts. Probably too much hop dryness in the finish. Not objectionable, but certainly sub-par. | 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 1/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Mar 5, 2008 Pink mucous-like, sampled at the brewpub. Neither bitter nor sweet, rather dry. Sugar, not getting the "rea raspberries" as marketed. Need a beer to wash away. Aroma of raspberry as ask in to some frozen soy concotion. Chick summer beverage for people who hate the taste of (macro-lager) beer.

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 26, 2007 Draught. At BeerBistro, 2007 Golden Tap Awards. As "Mill Street Belgian Frambozen" or "-boise". Bright clear cherry red pour, with a decent frothy off-white head (3+). I liked the aroma - ripe strawberries, dry papery malt, but it doesn’t detract too much from the sweet, ripe fruit. The taste is pretty thin, though - too much stale caramel malt dominating the fruit; too sweet, too, more sugary than the promise of the nose. Thin, sharply carbonated body, and the flavour, such as it is, diminishes way too quickly. Nice smell though. Radek Kliber (4000), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada

Appearance :Clear ruby red with rocky top with middle fizz.
Nose:Aroma of sweet berry syrup , fruity summer style. Flavour/Palate: Light bodied. Clean fruit beer with solid raspberry notes. It is what it aimed to be. Summer fruit flavored brew.

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Aug 14, 2007 TFOB 2007. Draft. Red tinged dark amber body with a small off white head. Big raspberry aroma is fairly sweet, with light tart leafy notes. Similar flavour is dominated by sweet raspberry that is just tart enough to keep it refreshing and not cloying. Average to medium palate. (3+) Simple, but quite nice, and pretty solid for a fruit beer. Based on previous ratings I would say that they may have tweaked the recipe. 7/3/7-8/3+/16 blankboy (3260), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 24, 2007 Draught at 2007 Golden Tap Awards, beerbistro. Called "Mill St. Belgian Frambozen". Pours a clear deep amber with a small diminishing white head. Aroma of raspberries, wheat, yeast and some light funk or sourness. Slightly watery flavour of lightly sour raspberries, sweet malt and some light hops in the finish. Average bodied. Not bad, I can see this being quenching on a hot day but it’s a little dull and atery for the style. SledgeJr (3003), Omaha, Nebraska, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jun 22, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Reddish amber in color with a big off-white head. The bartender described it as such: "Basically the wit recipe with tons of raspberries." Works for me. Has a big candy-like raspberry aroma. Up front, there’s a big acidic tartness that segues into a strong raspberry fruit flavor without ever getting sweet! This is not a sour beer, just not as candy sweet as the aroma would suggest. Actually, there’s some biscuit to the aroma. So, this reminds me of a cobbler. This tastes very Belgian and is outstanding, as I really don’t care much for the style even.
