There is simply nothing to this beer. Flavor, color and character are minimal. They went straight for the low calorie/carb crowd and completely ignored taste. What a waste.

Aug 29, 2008 Bottle at Newtown Village Tavern. Pours clear pale color with a minimal frothy white head that diminished quickly with minimal lacing. Light sweet grainy aroma. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Light sweet flavor with a light sweet finish of short duration. I would not recommend this to a freind.

Aug 29, 2008 Lost a bet so had to try this. No aroma. Pale watery yellow colour with fast dissipating white foam. Pale watery flavour with a bit of bread. Not bad bread, but not like beer. No finish. I have to give up gambling.

Aug 28, 2008 Invited to a friend’s BBQ and had one beer available - the new MGD Light with 64 number on the label. Pours a clear watery golden pale brew with a fast dissolving white head. Aroma of typical big brewery scent of white bread malt and citrus. Taste of watered down corn grits and a tiny sprinkle of hops. Finish is very watery with some bread and citrus aftertaste. Now I am ready for the real heavy stuff - a can of icy cold Pepsi cola.

Aug 25, 2008 There are very few redeeming qualities for this. It makes miller lite seem really good. This is all watery, old style has more hops. Very carbonated too. Really its hard to make a beer this bad that doesnt have something done wrong about it.
