Nekronos (2261), Xalapa, Mexico Oct 20, 2004 Updated: Jan 31, 2006It’s a suprprise a light version of a beer actually tasted better than the first one.
I tasted this but I found no interesting thing about it but the fact it didn’t taste like a tire. rynoSx (29), Clemson, South Carolina, USA Oct 13, 2004 I had it a long time ago and I will never buy it again. But it somehow sells in the stores. punkeedo (465), San Antonio, Texas, USA Oct 2, 2004 Yep, never having this again. Bad, bad, bad. Like many other pale lagers, it’s sweetish water. And bad. Stay away. Jine (889), Nutley, New Jersey, USA Sep 21, 2004 I’m only rating this because of the fact that, upon seeing this both my MGD loving roommate and I said the same thing: "They make an MGD Light?!". MGD is a guilty pleasure, MGD Light is just guilty Ubiquibeer (140), Cleveland, USA Sep 10, 2004 Good God almighty. This is simply a watered down version of MGD. Honestly though, the less flavor the better, so with that in mind, I pronounce MGD light BETTER than MGD. So there! Cornfield (4892), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Sep 8, 2004 This is real watered down stuff that barely qualifies to be a near beer. At least it doesn’t leave too bad of a taste in your mouth when you’re done with it... which is usually in a couple of slugs. kane (111), USA Sep 7, 2004 A decent "Light" beer, as long as it is on sale. Not many calories or taste for that matter. sfontain (506), Columbus, Ohio, USA Aug 17, 2004 Pours very light golden, starting out with a white head that disappears very quickly. Doesn’t smell like much, doesn’t taste like much, blah blah blah. Pretty bottle. If I’m going to buy really cheap beer, I would rather buy REALLY cheap beer. Overall, this is not offensive, but it ain’t so much better than, say, Natty Light that I’m willing to pay as much more for it regularly.
