A good pale ale is my second favorite after an IPA, mailnly because I enjoy a good hopping. This pale, however, is flawed because it takes no chances. It looks good in the glass, golden yellow with a healthy white head. But the aroma is too mild, some malts, a slight citric hopping. The mouthfeel is watery. The taste is a good balance of malt and hop - but too weak. Very clean finish

Looks just like the Prairie Pils. Light straw color with a modest white head. Hints of grain and pale malt. Sweet grain, some light fruit and light herbal hops flavors. Very much like the pils, but brewed with an ale yeast.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a medium sized head of foamy white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a transparent softly carbonated straw yellow colored body and a fair lacing. The mild aroma was astringent and malt hop. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start mediumly tingly at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt mild hops grassy and mild astringency. Not one that I would buy again.

Gold color with no head. Aroma is slightly reminicent of hops. The taste is very vague, but seemed to be some grains with a dry finish.

Draft at Millrose Restaurant and Brewing Co. Off-white head with poor retention, transparent pale yellow body, very little carbonation, and very little lacing. The aroma was malty, grainy and next to no hops. Ditto for the flavor. Smooth mouthfeel and light bodied. This is an APA?? Where are the hops??

Draught: Faint aroma. Poured light gold in color with a small white head that lasted throughout. No lacing. Clear. Sparkling. Flavor of corn and some fruity hops. Light body. Thin, watery texture. Soft carbonation. Crap.

Pour is clear yellow with a thin soapy looking white head...smell is grainy....taste is very cereal with some hints of sweetness...I have discovered their house character at last!
