Like all beers from Millrose, this, too, is a watery concoction. It looks great, a clear, heavily carbonated brown with a rocky tan head. The aroma, roasted caramel, would be better if there was more of it. Soft in the mouth, it’s got light caramel flavors, but not much of them. Watery finish.

Dark copper color with a smallish off-white head. Light caramel and roasted pecan aromas. Light, nearly watery feel. Fairly clean. A thin dark lager.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a medium sized head of foamy fine to medium sized bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a transparent softly carbonated dark copper brown colored body. The weak aroma was malty. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish. The mild flavor contained notes of malt mild hops and brown malt. Not one that I would buy again.

Dark copper color with no head. Maple aroma. Tasted like cardboard that had been through a flood near a coal power plant.

Draft at Millrose Restaurant. Small tan head with good retention, transparent orange body, no carbonation observed, and very little lacing. The aroma was sweet, caramel, malty, and toffee notes. The flavor was malty, caramel, sweet, hint of chocolate, toffee, hint of nuts, and semi-dry finish. The mouthfeel was tingly and this is a thin, light bodied beer. A rather boring Dunkel as it lacked real character and is easily forgettable.

Draught: Aroma of caramel and malts. Poured copper in color with a small white head that lasted. No lacing. Clear. Not sparkling. Flavor of some barley and malts. Light body. Thin texture. Soft carbonation. Another bad beer at Millrose.

Pour is light and clear amber with a thin off white head...smell is toasty and sweet....taste is caramel sweet with a faint grainy sweetness...a little cloying....
