| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 29, 2005 Fizzy and very clear pale yellow in color with a decent thin, creamy white head. Hoppy aroma joined with spray starch, lemons and dryer sheets, neglecting most pilsner formalities. Wholesome pils crispness, receding to a flavor schrocked concoction of wet dog. Lemon searing at the end. Some graininess and cornmeal, but a decent rendition. SubstanceT (1090), Saint Louis, Missouri, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jun 18, 2005 Clear bronze ish in color with no head. Again, nose is weak and watery. The taste is mostly grains and malts with just a touch of lemon in the hops. Much more interesting than most other pilsners that are out there. Cornfield (4956), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA

Nice sweet malt aroma with a lemony hop tang. Good balancing of malty sweetness and hop bitterness in the taste. Clean, crisp, refreshing finish.
