Commercial Description:
Cask; Seasonal - Brewed late September and October.
A copper coloured smooth bitter. A gentle bitter taste balances the rounded floral and spicy hop aromas. A mellow beer - to accompany the season and, of course, the jazz standard.
Ingredients: Golden Promise pale malt, dark Crystal malt. Hilary and Cascade hops.

Bitterish beer with a strong fruitiness in the flavour although the finish is pure bitterness and hop. Lots of malty body too, well brewed beer. (Cask at Nottingham Beer Festival)

A new brewery for me, but the beer was rather a disappointment. To be fair, this was the first day of the festival and, in my opinion, the beer was not really ready. The colour is regulation amber/copper. It had a rather clammy, moist hop aroma and the flavour was dominated by dull, cereally malt. Flabby finish. Not impressed. Just hope I can find it somewhere else to re-evaluate. Cask (gravity dispense), St Albans Beer Festival.
