Gravicask at The Bricklayers Arms Lancashire Fest, 15th Sept 2007. I agree with Mes, this was the beer of the day. Clear gold colour and a beautiful floral hop aroma, flowers and cut grass. Likewise the flavour is flowers, fruit, straw and wheat. Makes you think of lying in a summer meadow with a beautiful girl on a sunny day! Great body and well-balanced. Fantastic beer.

Cask @ The Bricklayer’s Arms, Lancashire Beer Festival. Golden with no head. Fragrant floral hops with a spicy citrus/orange edge. Medium mouthfeel with some slight grainy malt in the finish.

A Mes rate: Gravicask at The Bricklayers Arms Lancashire Fest. Beer of the day by a country mile. Lovely clean gold colour with a reasonable white head and an excellent consistency. Hoppy, bitter, fresh cut grass, amazing grassy hops infact, the bitterness is superb. Malty notes in the finish balance it out superbly well. Creamy and very tasty with an excellent body. Absolute cracker.

Cask at the Dragon, Worcester 03-03-07. Poured a deep gold colour with some fruity hoppiness on the nose. Taste was pleasant enough if a little too sweet and this sweetness seemed to mask some of the more subtle tastes that may have been lurking there. Some hoppiness and bitterness but not a patch on the other Millstone beer tried in this establishment.

Cask conditioned at The Dragon, Worcester. Pale gold with white head. Quite a sweetish beer and a little flabby for my taste but with a certain fruity character. A touch of alcohol residing on the tongue and aa sweet grainy malt finish.

Cask Handpump at the Prince Of Wales, Foxfield 16/09/2006 Fruity aroma. Clear golden coloured hoppy and fruity beer with some alcohol present. Some bitterness and dryness in a crisp malt finish.
