Millstream Czech Pilsner

It’s a crystal clear straw with some white head. The hop aroma is very grassy and earthy, and behind it I notice just a bit of a corniness. The flavor is massively grassy, with a lingering bitterness on the middle of my tongue. It is deep, earthy, and herbal. There is a hint of sweetness, perhaps some dimethyl sulfide.

Draft at Millstream Beer & Chocolate tasting event. Poured a clear golden color with a white head. Some nice lace was left behind on the glass. Smelled of pale malt, honey, and pleasant grassy/Euro hops. Light to medium bodied and dryish. Hoppier than I had expected, but not overly so. Grass and cereal grain flavors dominated, but there was also a hint of grape candy. Another good beer.
