Commercial Description:
Pilsner is simple, and yet complex. Its not easy to make a beer pure enough to really let the hops stand out, but that is the goal of our pilsner. We use Czech Saaz hops that are a delight to the senses and impart an arousing aroma and satisfying flavor. The end result is a full bodied beer that has a pleasing hoppy aftertaste.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Mild spiced and grainy aroma. Solid acidic and citric flavour with a tart orange fruity note. Not as intended I assume. Citric and orange fruity finish.

Sampled @ DLD ’08 shared by ??? Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. The aroma has hints of dough, herbal hops, mild sweetness, pale malt, and butter (?). The flavor has a fair amount of pale malt, dough, grains, light citrus, and bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied. This is not a style I particularly enjoy, but broke up some of the bigger beers during the day.

Pours hazy golden with a fully receding off-white head. Aroma of cookie, sticky malt, resinous herbal hops. Taste is herbal and resinous, sweet and sticky, cookie, pear, citrus. Medium bodied lightly sticky and resinous with lively carbonation. A bit too sweet for me.

Bottle from Degarth. Pours a hazy pale lemon yellow. Nice. Slightly bitter, slightly sweet very faint aroma. Not much bitterness in this pilsner. Very malty, a little vegetal, and with a subtle up front flowery and fruity hop taste. Pretty nice.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma of grains and light hops with a hint of bread dough. Taste has a bit of maltiness to it but it is subdued by the flavor of the grains and hops after a few seconds. Slightly bitter finish. Not to bad actually.

12 oz. bottle poured into flute- poured transparent golden yellow, medium carbonation, white head slowly whisped away. Aroma of malt, yeast, and a slight hop note. Hits the mouth with a thin body, notes of hops mixed in with an alfalfa overbite, finish ends without much celebration.
