Nov 6, 2006 Bottle. Brought some back from a trip to the Amana colonies while in Iowa for family reunion. Pale gold color and decent head. I liked this beer but, I am partial to pilsners.

Sep 27, 2006 12 oz. bottle slammed down after a couple hours of yard work. pale yellow in color with a short lived head. aroma was grass and some hay, ( at least I think the grass smell came from the beer ). mild hop bitterness and a dry finish. pretty average in every respect.

Aug 21, 2006 Pretty deep burnished gold with a hazy homemade look to it, lots of sparkle, fresh grassy aroma and smooth light taste of sweet malt with a gentle hoppy bitterness, all very gentle and pleasant to drink.

Aug 12, 2006 12 oz bottle. Gold with a ring of a fizzy head. Nose is dusty hay, light malt, just slightly acidic smell. Really mild flavor, but pretty well done. Grassy, light bready malt. Mild, but well defined hop notes. Finish is mildly bitter, and quickly fades. Decent fizzy mouthfeel. Not a bad pils - good summer choice.

Aug 6, 2006 Thanks to Secret Santa Eve for this one! Pale gold, the very slightest haze, small head fades. Pleasant aroma of gentle hay and grass over light malt. Flavor is also grassy, a touch of floral, and a grainy finish. Nicely done, competent pils. Really, rather well done.

Aug 4, 2006 From a 12 oz. stubby brown bottled with a notched bottled/freshness date along the right side of the label.
Poured a clear pale pilsener golden with a foamy white head that settled into a thin sudsy lacing.
Aromas of grainy bready malts with a little sweetness, a fruity yeastiness and spicy, herbal hoppiness.
Good carbonation and a crisp, dry and smooth light bodied mouthfeel.
Nice, pleasant pilsener taste, dry sweet, sugary pilsener malts, a light yeasty fruitiness, a good spicy, herbal hoppiness, the right amount of soft bitterness to good with the malty crispiness and a dry yeasty, spicy and malty finish, good pilsener drinkability.
A really nice pilsener from Millstream, tasty, refreshing and balanced, great on a hot summer day.

Jul 30, 2006 Thanks to hopdog for the trade. Pours a translucent golden yellow with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet grainy malts, fresh cut grass with a splash of citrus. Very crisp and refreshing. Flavors of grass, some lemon and other citrus, sweet maltiness and light hop bitterness.
