Commercial Description:
Our Warsh Pail is a hoppy pale ale that we make with plenty of cascade hops from the west coast. We decided to name it "Warsh" Pail Ale because its from the midwest. We don't say wash around here...we say WARSH. Its one of those words that gives Iowa its local flavor, so we though it appropriate to name a beer after it that also is full of local-ness.

A nice brew, some haziness to it, dull orange color, thick. Abit on the sweet side, sticky on the lips, but nice flavor, malty, decent brew! Thanks to Duane for another winner!

RBSG 2006 - DC Grand Tasting Lineup Ha, I thought this was "Wench Pale Ale". Funny. Misty orange, sticky silky head and lacing. Nose is sweet and hoppy. Very full of cascades and pale malt. The flavor is bright and fresh, nice body and a really hoppy tail. Odd how hoppy it is. The finish is a bit more on the thin side though.

draft at the brewery tasting room in Amana. hazy orange with a big khaki head. more malty than hoppy, but with enough of the characteristic citrus hops to make it interesting.

12 oz bottle. Hazy orange with a good off white head. Nose is Valencia orange with a very odd graininess - can’t quite place. More orange and oddball grain in the flavor, some caramel. Mild hop bitter in the finish. Strange, albiet pretty good.

Pours a light amber with a minimal fizzy head. The aroma is slightly hoppy with mild malt hints. The flavor has a mild hoppiness with a nicely balanced sweetness.

Thanks to Secret Santa Eve for this one! Slightly hazy orange amber, decent head. Aroma a blend of chex mix and oranges. Gummy orange flavor, caramel, and pine bitter finish. Nice.

12oz bottle, notched @ May--hopefully the born on date. Pours a cloud red brown with a moderate light yellowish white head. Aroma of floral and grapefruity hops, some caramel malts. Taste is floral hops with a little grapefruit again, some caramel malts. Not terribly complex, but good nonetheless. Balance falls a little bit towards the bitter side, though not too much. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Pretty good offering from Millstream.
