Millstream Wheat Wine

A cloudy unearthly red with almost no head. The aroma is lightly fruity, with a bit of wood and funk; the flavor roughly alcoholic, with some berries. A strong bitterness is simple and harsh.

Draft at Millstream Beer & Chocolate tasting event. Poured a murky medium brown color without any significant head. Pleasant nose that included the likes of dark fruits, distinct caramel, and hints of clove and brown sugar. Full bodied and a little sticky in the mouth with delicate sweetness. Raisin, date, toffee, and brown sugar flavors. There was also a hint of maple syrup. Good stuff.
