Commercial Description:
A true "Flussiges Brot" or liquid bread. Malted wheat is carefully blended with the traditional malted barley, and brewed with special hops to create a "Summer Fest" beer. Light and zesty in itself, the beer is served in a tall glass with a slice of lemon.

bottle. the only non-BMC brew available at a bar in downtown Davenport. when I asked for a glass, the waitress brought me a plastic cup! as per the commercial description, this is a light summertime drink. a good thirst quencher, but I did not find much zest here. mediocre at best.

Had this on tap at the Dublin Underground in Iowa City. I would describe this beer as non-offensive. It really doesn’t have a great deal of character. Straw colored. Smells and tastes like wheat, but no esters, and very little, if any hoppiness. This isn’t their best beer. Typical boring American wheat.

Is there an aroma? Slight hint of malt, not much else - maybe a bit "bready." Appearance is amber, little to no head, nothing special here. The flavor is bland and malty with almost a sweet finish. Absolutely nothing left in the mouth after the swallow - it almost seems as if this beer was never there. Mouthfeel is mediocre - very thin, very non-existent. I don’t like lagers and I don’t like this beer. Boring!!!

Clear Golden brown, no head. Aroma is weak, but i pick up sweet malty tones...bread. Well balanced, almost zero aftertaste. Nothing special here, but it is exactly as it claims...liquid bread.

Bright yellow with a nice little bubbly appeal. Gristy aroma. Smooth wheaty flavors, with a light citrus feel. Decent.

Pours a very pale orange with a yellow tint to it. Small white head that dissapears fast. Aroma is somewhat boring. Flavor is corn and a little lemon, and "fresh malt". Thanks to 1Fast STI for this one!

Miller Lite? MGD? Oops, wrong beer. This was kinda boring. It has a piss yellow color. A very thin head. Smells of wheat. Had a so-so carbonation. Eh...

Brought to MrFacto’s ’Tosa tasting by 1FastSTi. Pisswater clear golden body, thin off-white head. Adjuncty, tangy, soapy aroma. Sweet, honey-like flavor with light fruit, biscuit, and adjuncts; very light and quite uninteresting overall. A bit buttery. Thin.
