Apr 22, 2007 Fruit and honey aroma notes. Pale with no head. Honey, lite lemon, and lite wheat flavour, but nothing spectacular. Farily sweet and smooth.

Feb 27, 2007 12oz notched on August. Pours a clear light golden with a 1/2 finger fizzy white head. Aroma of citrus, wheat, corn, light sweaty t-shirts (which fades after a bit), and some sweet malts. Flavor has some wet paper, light grass, wheat, and corn. Minimal bitterness. Low carbonation, light body. Nothing bad about this, but nothing really redeeming, either.

Jan 8, 2007 Pours a golden color with a quickly dissolving head. Very wheaty/bready flavor leaves a flat aftertaste, albeit not unpleasant. Would concur with other raters in that this is by no means a ’bad’ beer, but rather unremarkable...nothing else much to comment on

Dec 7, 2006 Mostly clear, gold color, with a small head. Wheat aroma, with a hint of apple cider in the background. Cereal and bread flavor, with a semi-sweet wheat/cereal finish. Carbonation could have better, as mine was a bit fizzy. Not a bad beer, but I’m sure it can improved on.

Nov 20, 2006 BottleL Clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma, wheat, bready with some floral notes, but also a bit grassy. Flavor, light wheat, some sweetness and citrusy notes. Overall a bit bland.

Nov 6, 2006 Bottle. Good looking beer but, for some reason just didn’t do it for me. I love weissbier but, this one, to me anyway, is kind of funky tasting.

Oct 14, 2006 Bottle. Thanks, Iowaherkeye! Pours very light and cloudy with a decent white head. The aroma is weak, just some straw and corn. Thin sweetness, a bit of lemon comes through. It’s a bit crisp with very light bready notes. Meh. Weak.

Aug 16, 2006 At the brewery at the Amana Colonies in Iowa. Draft. Yellow and cloudy, with very little head, so of course no lacing. Nose was weak, and what there was seem to be malts. A little lemon and banana in the flavor. Just a little bit of sweetness. Came with the suggested lemon. OK brew, even if not outstanding.
