[tap] Pours a clear golden color. A somewhat sweet, grainy brew. Flavors are slightly sweet, and sort of macro-ish. Still, not bad. Definitely drinkable.

on tap-pours an offwhite head with gold color. Aroma is sweet grain, grassy. Faint, light hops. Taste is nicely balanced grain & hops, a touch of caramel. Crisp. Good carbonation.

Had at Milly’s Tavern in Manchester. Gold color. I know this is hoppy (not a fan of the hoppy) but this is good. Like it’s hops, but they’re quiet and well behaved.

Mild DMS in the aroma with a grainy malt character and some fresh green hops. Clear pale golden colour with shy white head that recedes to ring. Grainy malts with restrained hop flavour and bitterness. Light, refreshing body and moderate carbonation. Sampled at the brewpub with dirtymike, MartinT, muzzlehatch, Rastacouere and Volgon.

New England Road Trip Easter ’05 with MartinT, tiggmtl and Rastacouere, beer #12. Small sample at the brewpub, also in the company of Volgon and brewer Dirtymike. Very, very clear blone..motes of pungent green hops in an otherwise undistinguished nose...cream bland grainy body, reasonably full...another "starter" beer.

Clear golden, gentle off-white head. Subtle pils malt aroma containing mellow bisctuity aspects and fresh green hops overtones. Very light overall, softly carbonated.

Dry grainy malt flavors and quiet grassy hops submerged in a watery body...A translucid golden companion to the Uncanoomuc Golden Cream Ale...
