Commercial Description:
Light golden in color this English style pub ale is light bodied with malt and floral hop flavor. A great session beer this style is usually referred to as an “Ordinary Bitter” though it’s anything but ordinary and definitely not overly bitter. O.G. 1.038 19 IBU’s 3.4% ABV

Hazy pale yellow color, with a short white head. Grainy malt flavors, with some nice hop bitterness and fruity yeast character. Flavorful, yet low in alcohol. A nice counterpart to the Marathon Mild.

I thought this was pretty ordinary, in a nice drinkable way. Hazy gold, light flavor, nicely hopped. Bonus points for being so low in alcohol

on tap-pours a white head and hazy yellow/gold color. Aroma is light malt, some citrus. Taste is light malt, some citrus-hops. OK effervescence.

Growler from the brewpub. Dark brown with ruby highlights. Aroma is malty, caramel and light chocolate and fruity, caramel, apple, and berries. Taste is about the same as the aroma, very nice considering how low the abv is. Finishes fruity, with smooth caramel and light chocolate. Light to medium bodied.
