Woody nose with notes of bourbon, or rather bourbon liqueur (Southern Comfort). Fruity, acidic taste with wood, sweet bourbon notes and a sweet-sour, acidic finish leaning slightly in the Rodenbach direction. Not very bitter, medium body, rather sweet.
