Although it has more flavor than commercial light beers, it is an easy drinker and a pub favorite KariCupcake (214), Lenox, Massachusetts, USA

Clear color and clean tasting. Good taste and even nicer aftertaste. Dickinsonbeer (3451), Hoboken, New Jersey, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 7, 2005 On tap at Milly’s. Clear golden color with almost no head. Mild hoppy flavor with a little burst of nice flavor in the lingering aftertaste. Not much of a fan of this style, but it was good and very drinkable. I’m guessing with the name (the new minor league team in Manchester) and the style, it’s meant to hook the budcoorsmiller drinkers into trying much better micros. jcwattsrugger (5333), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 30, 2006 sampled at the brewpub. Rather clear straw colored beer. Muted malts and grain in the aroma. Taste is lightly malty, with some grain and a very light amount of balancing hops. made for the macro crowd, this is much better than the typical light american beer. puboflyons (602), New Hampshire, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 21, 2009 On tap at Milly’s in Manchester. It pours a golden yellow color with a bubbly white head It looks pretty much like it should. The aroma wafts in malts and the mouthfeel is kind of creamy. The taste is mainly malts and sugar but also a bit bready and de-emphasized hops. Not my first choice at Milly’s but it has a character of its own. tonyc603 (43), New Hampshire, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 19, 2006 This is sort of the "is what it is" beer at Milly’s. It’s designed for the Budilleroors crowd and is a good attempt to convert them. Straw in color with a large white head, look a lot like a macro lager. The aroma and flavor are much different though as this is an ale. Slightly hoppy and malty aroma, not as clean. Flavor is balanced, but there’s not much here.Bready malt, something you don’t pick up in macro lagers.Overall this is a great starter beer for someone you’re looking to switch over but I doubt I’ll find myself ordering another one.
