MartinT (5026), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Jul 20, 2009 My Bottom Line:
Piney hop resins expand into citrus fruit atop the svelte honeyed cereals of this balanced and poundable American Pale Ale.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the cloudy honeyed golden.
-The aroma is the same intensity as the flavor profile and its finish.
-Mild toasted malts allusions peek through the well-rounded body.
-The smooth carbonation and slick body make for easy drinking.
-Peachy fruitiness comes from the union of citrusy hops and malt sweetness.

An APA or an IPA, with Pacific Northwest. Amarillo, Cascade and Centennial. Unfiltered. Drying. A good bitterness overall, some sugar to balance it. Orangey with some lace. Aroma of C-hop.Appropriate carbonation. mcox90 (617), Wilton, USA Jun 12, 2009 From a growler purchased at Milly’s. Pours a gold color with a 1" off white head. Aroma is heavy on the grapefruit with a malt backbone. Palate has a bit of body to it with lots of mouth puckering goodness. Reasonably well carbonated. Taste is heavy on the grapefruit hop with a touch of pepper. Lingering bitter finish. jcwattsrugger (5223), Florida and, New Jersey, USA May 18, 2009 growler-pours a rich light tan head that laces and gold color. Aroma is great resin/pine/leafy hops, some medium malt back bone. Taste is somewhat bitter-raw/resin/pine/leafy/lemon hops. Good carbonation. Thanks to kwatts1014 for picking this up on her trip to NH.
