May 2006 - On tap at Milly’s Tavern. Very dark stout with a thick, creamy head. The aroma is intriguing. Full flavored with hint of chocolate. Lightly sweet and bitter. This is one dark and heavy, yet flavorful stout.

from growler at Milly’s. taster. Jet Black with a long lasting dark tan/light brown head. Aroma is huge, and of chocolate roast, caramel. Taste is very big, of roast, chocolate, sweet malt, big, thick chewy. Roasty and hoppy bitterness in the finish. One of the best I’ve had of this style.

EBF 06. Pours a bubbly black color with a huge dark brown bubbly head. Nose is chocolate, cocoa, light coffee and roasted malts. Flavors of light espresso, more chocolate, roasted and caramel malts. Brown sugary sweetness and a bitter finish. Palate is smooth and creamy.
