Nov 27, 2009 Clear golden pour with a one finger offwhite head that disspiates into a veneer. Aroma is spicy clove and banana esters, toasty malt, lemon, and coriander. Flavor has a nice light dry wheat note with lots of spicy clove, lemon acidity, orange, banana, tropical fruit, and dry spicy dough. Palate is full for the style with a slippery, dry finish and medium carbonation. A tad on the darker side for the style, contributing to an excellent fullness in the body and a nice balancing malt sweetness.

Oct 11, 2009 on tap-pours a thin rich white head and hazy gold color. Aroma is medium fruit, cane suger, wheat/grain, ginger? Taste is medium fruit, cane suger, wheat/grain, ginger, some herbal/tea. Easy.

Oct 11, 2009 On tap at the brewpub. Pours a light amber hue with a 1/4" off white head. Aroma is cloves, coriander and orange peel. Moderate, but soft palate. Flavor is mild clove, Belgian yeast, light pepper with a citrus background. Liitle bit of edginess to it.
